On tap at Leeds International Beer Festival, 2017. Black, medium lasting tan head. Lots of chocolate, heavy malts, dark fruit, licorice, complex, sweet, real dessert. Oily and thick. Full bodied. Quite drinkable considering the ABV.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Zwart bier met beige schuim. Aroma is koffie achtig en zoet. Smaak is zoet, rokerig en koffie achtig.

Bottle shared by TomHendriksen @ tasting. Opaque pitch black color, small dark brown colored head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, dark malts, dark liquor soaked raisins. Taste malts, dark malts, dark raisins, liquor, a light hint of peat and decently bitter. Medium body, oily texture, suitable decent carbonation. Heavy!

Bottle. Pours inky black with creamy tan head, very faint chocolate aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter mocha taste with strong alcohol undertones, smooth body, long finish with momentary alcohol aftertaste. Very drinkable despite the strong alcohol content.

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Delt med Egil Børge. Svart. Filmskum med litt farge. Nydelig aroma av nøtter & sjokolade. Silkemyk munnfølelse. Smaken nøtter, sjokolade & lakris. Pikant tørr ettersmak. Alkoholen aldeles kamuflert. Toppøl - men litt for søt.

Bottle @ Pre-Pils-Festival, Odense. Pours Black with a creamy beige head. Roast, salmiak, Wood, alcohol. Big - But ok sipper. Smooth.

Dunkbar Pilsnerfestival Pre-tasting. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of dried fruit, licorice, caramel and dark sugar. Very sweet roasted flavour with licoice and a touch of spice

On tap at What's Brewing Beer Festival 2017, Stavanger. Pours hazy dark brown with little off-white head. Distinct aroma of cocoa, chocolate. Tastes sweet. Smooth mouth feel. Much better than the first version of this beer.
