From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp gold with medium grain white foam. Aroma is strongly fruity, by also herbal. Body is fairly dense, with some oiliness left in mouth. Taste is sweet, but with some good bitterness coming through. Finish is average.

Early 5.6% version. 75cl bottle from the brewery. Dark yellow to light amber color, with two fingers creamy white head, leaving a persistent fine lace. Fresh strawy nose. Aroma: mostly herbal and spicy, straw, balsamic herbs. Maize plays a major role in the malts area. Taste: sweet start, almost immediately balanced with a nice amout of grassy hops. Palate: creamy, silky and foamy while in mouth, then dry bitter finish. Nice brew with local ingredients, good idea and good product. Original, fresh and easy to drink, very well done. 7 4 7 4 15 = 3.7

on tap. Golden color clear, sweetish and grainy, bubblegum, faint hops, really canny. Still not bad but was much better years ago. Lost its shine.
