50cl bottle from factory. Copper colour, clear, with small creamy offwhite head, reducing but lacing, looks like a real bitter! Nose has some herbal notes. Focused on herbal tones with soft roasted malts, caramel and toffee, maybe a yeasty touch remains. Finish is fairly dry and nicely hopped. Mild bitterness. As expected for the style: texture is watery, light bodied and somewhat weak and flat. But this appears to be a real bitter indeed, very well done, can’t feel the alcohol and carbonation is very soft and gentle. Bitters seems not to be an appreciated style from Italian brewers, and this one stands out nicely.
