30/IV/25 - 33cl bottle @ Eugene and Evelyne’s wedding, Musketeers (Antwerpen), BB: 17/X/27, 4604241017 (2025-414)
Slightly cloudy orange beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, some banana, sweet impression, malty, grains. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, sugary, yeasty, banana, lots of coriander, spicy, unpleasant bitterness, a bit sugary. Aftertaste: yeasty, banana, pretty bitter, soapy, banana peel, a bit metallic in the finish. Not bad, not very good either, average Belgian blond/tripel.

Quite good, stable white head, lacey, over clear, well-carbonated metallic golden beer. Sweeter malts, unripe grapes, rosewater, perfumey, faintly spiced aromas. Bit soapy flavour, sweet & toasted malts; finish has a wholemeal bread streak. Medium bodied, quite slick, bit oily feel and creamy from the head. Good carbonation. I'm not over the moon with this one, it's insignificant. And who the heck might be Tom Pintens?
