Backdrop Preserves with Laroda Plums: The first brew using buckwheat filled two oak barrels. We used the second barrel for a fresh batch of Palisade Laroda plums. These plums come to us from Juicy Acres, one of our longest running partners in Palisade. Huge notes of candy along with a distinct aroma from the buckwheat. We've been scaling back the Preserves beers recently due to demand, so trust us when we offer this blend to you as a Preserves, it's worth the price!

A hazed dirty rose saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light berries, plums, light acidity, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, plums, light acidity, light Brett, very nice.
