Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of caramel and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of pepsican. Hazy amber golden with a small white head. Aroma of overripe fruit. Medium body with sweet caramel and overripe fruit. The finish is dry. 180808

12 fl oz bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a lacing white head. Mild spiced and malty to breadish aroma. Spiced and hoppy flavour, dry breadish malt base flavour. Distinct spiced into the finish, breadish malt finish too.

Not much of a bock, more of a dark lager. Dark gold in color. Moderate malt flavor with minimal hops. Light caramel, and a hint of fruit in the finish.

Mine says Maifest lager. I hope this is right since there is no other lisitng to a maifest lager. Pour is orange with a white head. Aroma is decent with notes of toasted malts and some hops. Flavor is also decent, tons of caramel malts and some brown sugar. The best beer by this brewer by far.

Thanks to heemer77 for this one. Although this is the weakest of the Millstreams I’ve had so far, it is by no means a bad brew. The hazy, light amber beer produced an average head of off white. Light caramel in the aroma. The flavor was lightly sweet but overall it lacked the body and maltiness that I look for in a good Bock.

Acquired via trade. This beer pours a bright amber/orange color with a thin light beige head that dissipated over the course of a couple minutes. Thin lacing. The aroma is vaguely malty with some bread as well. Medium-bodied and a very clean and crisp mouthfeel. Light malt, caramel and hops flavors. Not abundantly flavorful overall but it is very drinkable. The finish is lightly sweet malt with a touch of spice and hops. All in all a pleasing beer to drink despite (because of?) the simple approach.
