(Bottle 50 cl) Very cloudy, pale golden with a white, lacing head. Classic, yeasty aroma with cloves and coriander. The body is a little too light to be a genuine German Hefe, but the flavours of banana, yeast etc. are certainly there. There’s a light, underlying acidity and some phenols. The finish is dry. Not too bad. 300108
