250ml on tap at the brewpub. Fawn-coloured head. A deep rustic shade to a black coloured body. Milk chocolate to the nose. Chocolate malty taste with a cherry on the top. Slightly roasted, mid-sweet aftertaste. Creamy in the mouth. Half way pleasing (Copenhagen 26.05.2013).

From tap at the brewpub, Apollo rate #100 (hooray for me....or something). Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty, breadish and dark chocolate. Roasted malty, smooth breadish and dark chocolate. Light bitter. Just vague cherry fruity. Way more dry, roasted and bitter than cherry. Mild building simple cherry fruity into the far finish.
