Bottled. A deep red beer with a thick tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of berries and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of berries, caramel, and spices, as well as lighter notes of rum and alcohol, leading to a dry woody finish where notes of plums appear. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Dark chestnut color; poor head. Soma aroma of caramel, sweet, wet cardboard, light vanilla. The mouthfeel is quite light in the front, maybe stronger with some sweetness later; flavor of caramel, with light roasted malt, and a sweet vanilla pudding flavor; all together it reminds me a cold version of some capuccino mix of the old times. Not bad, but a bit artificial concept for me.

(Bottle 34,5 cl) Courtesy of highlandlad. Pours a clear, warm, orangey brown with a small, beige head. Roasted malt accents and a whiff of rum in the nose. Medium body with a very soft mouthfeel, lightly sweet, roasted malt, notes of rum and a vague, burned edge. Subdued bitterness. Hey c’mon guys, give this beer some credit - it’s a great session quaffer. 180907

345 mL bottle. Pours deep hazzlenut brown with little redish hue and a lacing light brown head. Roasted malt and clear bread aroma. Cane sugarish malt flavour, subdued sweetness. Roasted malt finish. Quite nice. Rum? not sure I sense much of it though.
