(On tap) Hazy, reddish amber golden with a dense - almost nitro-style - off-white head leaving some lacework. Lightly tart, fresh, spicy and flowery nose. Medium body with lightly sweet notes of fruits and flowers with a distinct, underlying yeastiness. Perhaps a wee whiff of mint also? Solid bitterness in the finish. Decent one. 300807

Draft. An unclear orange-brown beer with a thin but lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with storng notes of Belgian yeast and strong notes of fruit - peaches, mango, and oranges, as well as light notes of spices especially coriander. The flavor is sweet malty with a slightly burnt edge (has it been burnt during the boil?) which gives it a slight hint of plastic to go along with the powerful spicy note of coriander, cloves, and cardemomme.

30 cL from tap at the brewpub, style listed as Belgian Special Ale. Pours hazy orange with a creamy off-white head. Caramel and spiced yeasty nose, slight orange fruity, has very classic Brewpub aromatic note. Creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is mellow malty caramel, soft and sweet. Clear bitterhops flavour with a minor grape twist and a slight spiced note as well. Very minor soap and buttery notes too. Ends bitter dry. Nice.
