Bottle. The aroma is dominated by the distinct earthyness of beetroot. There's a good dash of it in the mouth too, but the lemony sourness play a big role there. Quite fruity all the way. While I find this one quite interesting, it's sure not a beer for me. Lovely deep red color though. 34435 260616

Red color with a pinkish head. Aroma and flavor is red beet, earth, vinegar.

Big light purple fizzy shortlasting head, hazy reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, soil, bark, earthy beetroot, old cellar, paper, grass, weeds, yeast, hints of mild vinegar. Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, mild vinegar, fruit salt, citrus acid, soil, bark, dusty beetroot, sorrel, old cellar, minerals. Medium bitterness, harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Meh!
