Big light purple fizzy shortlasting head, hazy reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, soil, bark, earthy beetroot, old cellar, paper, grass, weeds, yeast, hints of mild vinegar. Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, mild vinegar, fruit salt, citrus acid, soil, bark, dusty beetroot, sorrel, old cellar, minerals. Medium bitterness, harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Meh!

8-4-7-4-15 Bottle, #005, 1,5 years before bbd. Pours clear ruby red, with a tiny airy head. Aroma is lactic acid with beetroots, as well as fruity farmhouse and earthy minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with earthy notes of beetroots and farmhouse notes, as well as floral notes and minerals.
