Rød uklar med tynt rosa skum/bobler. Lukter bær og bæreddik. Smaker bringebær, rabarbra og sitron. Liker syrlig. Men denne var i overkant sur. Smakene ble litt borte.

7-3-7-3-14 Bottle, #0008, two years before bbd. Pours hazy pale red, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart lactic notes with bringebær, currants and candy, as well as fruity minerals. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with bringebær, rhubarb and candy, as well as fruity minerals.

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, hazy reddish color. Aroma is slighty dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, minerals, fruit stones, soda powder, hay, bark, shed, old lawn, paper, sour berries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, hay, weeds, soda powder, berry skin, sour grass, fruit stones, paper, bark, grain, sour berries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Kind of boring.
