7-3-8-4-16 Bottle, eight months after bottling. Pours hazy pale yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid with hay, farmhouse notes, white berries and wooden notes, as well as honey, grapes and fruity minerals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is lactic notes with hay, farmhouse and floral notes, as well as white currants, grapes, honey and wooden barrels. Semi dry finish. Rustic, balanced and moreish.
