Pianificata, pensata, organizzata e prodotta a piene mani con Elia e Alberto del Birrificio 50&50 di Varese. Lager prodotta con i luppoli coltivati da Locher-Hopfen di Tettnang, in cui le classiche caratteristiche aromatiche dei luppoli tedeschi in pellet vengono completati dall’uso di un’abbondante quantità di fiori di luppolo della varietà Saphir. Colore biondo chiaro. Aroma: Erba appena tagliata, delicati sentori agrumati, cereale. Gusto: Floreale, morbido, leggero erbaceo. Malti: Pils, Dextrin, Monaco. Luppoli: Pellet di Perle, Tettnanger, Select Saphir e Saphir fiori.

Lattina. Territorio olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, pane, biscotto, cereali, erbaceo e agrumi.

Golden, cloudy with a medium white head. A grass, hops, malt and citrus aroma. Medium bitter with a grass and malt end finish .

7-4-7-4-15 Can, bm277/21-b, five months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is herbal hops with grass citrusy notes, as well as pilsner malts with bread crust, syrup and heather. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is herbal hops with citrus, grass and floral notes, as well as pilsner malts with white bread and hay. Lingering herbal finish.
