Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Guava, a bit of watermelon, lacto, sourish, more watermelon in the flavor. Refreshing.

Can, two months after canning. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid with sweet fruity notes of watermelon, as well as tart fruity notes and light tropical notes of guava. Light to medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with yoghurt, guava and stone fruit pits, as well as fruity minerals. Fairly dry finish. Simple, and without traces of kveik, but nevertheless quaffable and refreshing.

Clean watermelon jolly rancher. Not so sour,a bit thin. A perfect beachside drink, not quite warm enough today.
