Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, sour raspberries, sorrel, oak, hay, sour red berries, minerals, fruit stones, hints of sour winegum. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour raspberries, grass, oak, hay, sorrel, fruit stones, minerals, berry skin, mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
