Indi’s Gold is a Belgian-Style Petite Saison finished with Indi’s Gold Black Tea from Young Mountain Tea Company. Young Mountain, of Eugene Oregon, works directly with the best tea growers in India to import some of the finest teas grown in Asia. Indi’s Gold is named for the grower, Indi Khanna. The tea is spicy, bright and fruity. This hazy beer is mildly fruity with a clove note. Indi’s gold is dry and crisp with a hint of earthiness and a touch of citrus on the finish.

On tap @ What’s Brewing, Stavanger. Pours yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart herbal, wooden barrels, as well as fruity brett and funky farmhouse notes. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruit peel, and lactic acid, as well as some wooden barrels. Lingering tart, fruity notes.

22.10.2016, tap @ What’s Brewing:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry floral, hay, flowers, yeast, wet grass, wet leafs, sugar, dried fruits, light malts. Taste is dry floral, weeds, flowers, minerals, grass, yeast, tea powder, wet hay, wet grass, fruit stones, paper, moss. Medium to longlasting bitterness, watery and slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.
