Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast and tartness. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and light sour with a long slightly dry, tart, yeasty and wheat finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap @ BØ 15. Pours hazy white, with a small head. Aroma is sweet weisse-like yeast with banana, and light lactic acid, as well as some roasted malts Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart yeasty wood, lactic acid and lemon, as well as lingering sweet fruity notes. Reminds more of Bavaria than Leipzig, and whether rating to style or not that’s not what you want from a beer like this.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry and fresh, weeds, flowers, sour grass, soda powder, sap, bark, hay. Taste is slightly dry floral, weeds, hay, flowers, sap, grain, paper, bark, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough.
