500ml bottle conditioned: BBD 4th Feb 16. Poured into a UK pint sleeve at home on 17th Sep 15. Walked the dog, hung out the washing, dish washer filled and on: all tasks in order, lunch and a pint for this live rating. Slight haze to the deep old golden body, the head a huge off-white foaming pillow of foam. Bitter hops rule the brew completely, the malts appear to just add a bit of colour but have no other impact on the brew, a mild fruit trace as the beer warmed in the glass maybe, but otherwise not a lot of Malt action. It is a long time since I have had such a bitter Bitter, really enjoyed it.
