Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, spicy, damp stain - fusty, spicy - ginger - lemon grass notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, spicy, yeasty - lemon grass - ginger. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, floral and a bit nectary with a quite strong maltyness to it. Flavour is fruity, wooden, toffeeish with some floral notes. Quite sweet overall. Sugary and mildly alcoholic.

DØE. Dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, caramel, yeast, medium sweet, spices and hop.

Good citric hop aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is nicely malty. Good creamy mouthfeel, hint of bread. Grassy hop note.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild yeasty and toasted malty. Sweet, caramelish and light yeasty. Mild fruity to milky. Smooth fruity, light citric and sweet toasted malty finish.
