A traditional cream ale which generally has a lighter body and colour than a lager and brewed with corn. The corn adds a delicate sweetness to the light malt bill while Cascade hops add some gentle floral and spicy notes.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Clear golden body with a thick white head that holds well. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of sweetcorn, straw and boiled green vegetables. Flavour of peppery hops, sweetcorn and steel. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Itβs somehow sweet and astringent at the same time.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with a very light haze. Snow white, nicely proportioned head. Nose - corn and lemon. Taste - lemon, caramel and gingerbread. Palate - light to medium bodied, fairly rich texture and a spicy, dry and slightly burnt finish. Overall - enjoyed this one! Simple style but good!
