The fourth beer in our 'Crimes in...' range of IPA's. This naturally hazy blighter has been hopped in to the stratosphere with Simcoe. These hops impart all of the usual juicy citrus flavours you'd expect, alongside some dank, resinous piney notes. All of which shine over a very light bitterness on the finish.

Handpull cask at the Blue Boar fpr their Pentrich Tap Takeover. Dark gold with a hint of unpolished brass or olive green. Gorgeous hoppy aroma: white grape, canned pineapple, light notes of pine. Full oily body. Lovely stuff.

Keg at the Rake, Borough Market. Hazy amber pour with a swiftly dissipating white head. Nose of citrus and butter. Flavours of pink grapefruit, loads more butter, whisper of tropical fruit.
