Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with high and persistent foam, cappuccino. Aroma is intense of licorice, quite an oxidation, molasses, balsamic. Body is fairly dense with good carbonation. Taste is moderately sour, with marked sweetness. Finish has final licorice again.

Keg at Fyne Fest 2019... Dark black.. Thin tan lacing.. Soft sweet dusty chocolate roast malts nose.. Dark dry chocolate roast.. Heavy meaty boozy chocolate roast malts... Soft boozy chocolate roast.. Boozy fruit

Keg at the Barrel and Horn, Bromley. Black pour no head. Nose of plum jam,raisin, molasses,liquorice. Flavours of liquorice toffee,more plum jam, molasses, lots of dark rum notes. Just a tad of bourbon coming through. Enjoyable, tasty little number.
