Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Unclear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity, spicy - ala dusty cardemom - cinnamon, citrus, grass, also some brett notes ! Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity, sweet fruit, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

Draft. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, caramel, and wood, leading to a dry finish.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, quite spicy along with a quite strong caramel tone to it. Flavour is spicy, fruity, mild toffee, sugar and some mild wooden notes.

DØE. Hazy dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spices and cinnamon? Flavour is malt, caramel, spices, sweet, toasted and a little bitter.

Draught at CBF13. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy spicey aroma. moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

From tap. Pours red to amber with a small white head. Aroma is light estery and toasted malty. Spiced, bitter and light soapy. Toasted malty, fruityand light spiced dry finish.
