While most clocks aim to keep you punctual, the clock at The Only Cafe takes a more optimistic approach by operating slightly ahead. So, when the crew from The Only showed up to the GLB Brewpub to brew this cream ale with us, they were surprised to find that the door was locked and the shop was empty. They had to wait for seven minutes.

Pours a light clear tan, decent white head. Taste is decent mild roasted malts, decent creamy smoothness. Really enjoyable. Pint at the only.
