Boy howdy this Wally is a hoot! A big 'ol grain bill in true Wally fashion. A blend of our favorite base malts while pushing the limits further than before with our oat and wheat percentages. Drinks with a mouthfeel only describable by the body of a firm yet soft pillow only Goldilocks would approve of with big aromas of juicy orange and lemongrass. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, and Galaxy, this beer is giving notes of pungent tangerine and orangeade with a little vanilla, and a hint of freshly brewed tea from this Amarillo lot. 10% ABV

Can - turbid orange - nose of orange and pineapple juices, white grape, moderate weed dankness - creamy texture - fairly dank for a hazy, but is mostly heavy on the citric and tropical juiciness - acidity gets a little sharp on the tail end, and the alcohol is fairly apparent in the finish - it’s alright.

The pint can pours with an opaque dirty gold colored body that supports a nice pure white head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting pulses of tangelo, clementine, orange sherbet, a dash of grapefruit and strawberry and then notes of pineapple. The taste delivers a blend of sweet tropical pineapple and mango that's pushing the sweetness limits for a moment or two. The sweetness is somewhat swept up by some hop tanginess and bitterness in the form of tangelo, orange, clementine and then thin ribbons of bitter grapefruit like citrus hoppiness. The modest balance above a potential sea of overly sweet tropical fruitiness is enough to allow me not to overtly hate this. So, there's that.
