Slender 12oz can pours with a deep dark black gludgy like body that supports a wafer short lived thin dark tan head of foam. The aroma offers an initial pulse of peanut butter followed by thin notes of banana, chocolate, a hit of spirit barrel and then a sense of dark fruity esters. The taste delivers smooth slick chocolate goodness mingling effortlessly with a distinct peanut butter like sensation. To midway a mild slightly sweet banana note bubbles to the surface in concert with the smooth bourbon leading to boozy warmth. Into the finish. The cinnamon is mild and easy to miss. But upon inspection there it is. Fun sipper that doesn't overdo the banana and maintains a pleasing barrel to beer character balance.
