Aroma is ligh to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity, clove, yeasty, banana notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet yeast, fruity, pineaååle - papaja notes, caramel notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20130510]

Herfiger, fast aufgedrängt spritziger Antrunk. Die Hefigkeit driftet dann auch in die Muffigkeit ab, das Bier wird wässrig. Fester wird die Hefe, als ein herbes Aroma hinzukommt. Das Ganze wirkt aber unkontrolliert und in Teilen disharmonisch. 11/8/9/8//8

Bottle from the gift shop. Amber colour. Lots of carbonation Thin head for the style. Banana aroma explodes out of the glass. Sweet start with some fruity notes (especially pear, banana). A hint of caramel comes in, then in gets wheaty and fizzy. A tarter interpretation.
