Barrel-Aged Stout with Toasted Coconut and Mostra Philippine Heritage Coffee.
In collaboration with Weathered Souls Brewing and Mostra Coffee Roasters. The name means coconut coffee in Tagalog. Tastes like if someone bagged up 25 lbs. of toasted coconut and soaked in some barrel-aged stout, swung it around 1080 degrees before smacking you in the face with all its glory.

750ml @ Ryan's (thx for the beer, man!).
Aroma: nice mix of American oak, coffee, with some coconut.
Taste: along the same lines, very nicely balanced.
Overall: awesome, I would easily believe I drink Modern Times, haha!

Dark brown. No head. The nose has a nice barrel character, and some coconut and chocolate. A fair bit of coffee on the nose as well. On the palate there's so much more coconut, but also again that smooth chocolate and quality barrel. Sweet, and balanced, especially because there's that little touch of roast to it as well.

750mL bottle, pours black with a tiny head. Aroma is full of bourbon barrels, rich coffee, and just enough coconut to balance. Flavour really marries the coconut and coffee together beautifully, accentuated by the bourbon barrels. Really lovely coconut character that coheres well with the coffee. Beautiful stuff.

Poured from 750mL bottle (vintage 2022). Near black with no head. Soft creamy coconut with feint coffee, gentle underlying roast malt, feint barrel character, but the creamy coconut is what really shines. Blends nicely. Enjoyable.

Poured up on tap at tipsy where it exhibits a deep dark void of a lightless black colored body that supports a thin ring of dark mocha colored foam bubbles. The aroma offers up dark chocolate wrapped thinly in vanilla and cream soda notes as well as dark roasted coffee and dark chocolate brownie. The taste delivers smooth slick sweet vanilla mingling with dark roasted malts and dark roasted coffee. To midway a moment of dark roasted malts tries to surface but never really is heard over the roar of the sweeter notes. Fun sticky sweet sipper.
