Making a truly excellent lager is no easy journey. We’ve spent years ascending the steep and treacherous inclines of pilsner-craft, fine-tuning our approach until we finally arrived at what you now hold in your hand: the glorious summit. Delicate aromas of noble hops precede an impossibly crisp, transcendently refreshing beverage, meticulously layered with Saaz and Tettnang hops and virtually guaranteed to make you say something to the effect of, “Hey, this is pretty good.” Enjoy, friend.

US Pint, on tap in a Mendocino Farms place (in El Segundo) on the way to LAX and our flight home on 22nd April 2026. Pours a bright, clean and clear light golden colour, fast fading white crown on the very cold offering. Dry and OK, refreshing and it did go well with the sandwich I had.

Can from the local Grocery Outlet. Pours gold with a monstrous white head that laced. Aroma of grass, perfume/floral and pine. Med body. Bready but fairly dry. Moderately bitter. Flavor is the aroma with a bit of citrus. Quite different flavor for a pils IMHO.

A dink pour (thx, Garret!). Appearance: clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: crispy, malty, European hops, some raw water, and flowery notes. Taste: along the same lines, very crispy and refreshing, finished with flowery and piney bitterness. Overall: a good palate refersher between MT stouts, hehe.

Sampled from the tap at the Lomaland location. Pours a clear pale yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has lots of straw with a touch of hay and a bit of sweetness supporting. Flavor is also straw forward with a bit of hay, dank grass and a hint of sweetness in the finish.

19.1oz can pours with a fairly clear gold colored body that supports a white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up a pleasing blend of spicy to floral hops and a murmur of pilsner malts. The taste delivers a moderate degree of spicy hops and slightly dank hoppiness rolling into some semi sweet pilsner malts. The hop bitterness grows in pace with the modest upwelling of malt sweetness. Solid pils that's a little milder in flavor than Heater Allen Pils.
