33cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours a cloudy yellow colour with a generous head and steady carbonation - you can tell it is well bottle conditioned. The nose is very lemony with some sweetcorn. The taste is more of the same, lemon, going into yoghurt, maybe some meadow flowers. The palate is very good indeed - good creamy body, some bitterness kicks through the middle and finishes really fresh. Overall, very satisfying indeed.

330ml bottle from Beer Hawk - A slightly hazy golden beer with a huge lazing white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, lemon rind and a bit of malt. The flavour is sweet with notes of lemon zest, coriander, yeast, fruit, minerals, and malt, leading to a bitter finish where the lemony note lingers.

33 cl bottle @ HBF’13
Aroma has soapy citrus – feels like a witbier. Foamy palate is too high on CO2. Flavour has soapy citrus, some grainy notes and grass. More like witbier than a pils.
