Crisp, slightly hazy golden coloured body with a thick, five centimetre tall perfectly microfoamed white head with zillions of small bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of grass, hay, light hops, flowers, sugar and some honeysuckle - very nice. Light-bodied; Assertive effervescence; Strong grassy and herbal notes throughout with a pungent south pacific hop flavour with an assertive bitterness and a smooth light, airy finish. Aftertaste shows some complexity through the malt, hops and especially grassy, herbal finish. Overall, a very nice and still light beer with a good amount of complexity, but an even better hop and dry finish. Definitely one to get your hands on if you can find it! I sampled this 37,5 cL split bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 06-July-2013 for US$4.76 sampled at home in Washington on 20-March-2014.

33cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours a cloudy yellow colour with a generous head and steady carbonation - you can tell it is well bottle conditioned. The nose is very lemony with some sweetcorn. The taste is more of the same, lemon, going into yoghurt, maybe some meadow flowers. The palate is very good indeed - good creamy body, some bitterness kicks through the middle and finishes really fresh. Overall, very satisfying indeed.
