Pint can pours with an inky black colored body that supports virtually no head. The aroma offers up reduced sugar, bourbon barrel heat and some dark roasted malts mixed with a dash of chocolate and sweetened dark roasted coffee. The taste delivers smooth slick sweet malts and reduced sugars flowing into sweetened dark roasted malts and chocolate malts. At midway a brief note of caramel gives way to boozy bourbon booze. This is really nice balanced rich sipper.
