Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The mild aroma offers up some malts, a bit of pils malts and faint fruity esters. The taste delivers similar notes with a blend of pale malts and a bit of pils leading to a thin bready cracker sensation into the finish. Aside from the malt backbone are thin streams of sweet lager yeasty esters and vaguely lime like bitter hops. Easy drinking and balanced.
