750 mL bottle shared at the 20th Richmond Gathering by someone who attended the 19th Richmond Gathering. Pours a dark caramel color with a head that quickly fades. Aroma of brown malts, caramel, mild fruits, mild wood. The taste is brown malts, spicy hops, peppery wood notes, maybe a little greep pepper. Thin-medium bodied. Nice.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a deep nutty brown with a slight haze and an off-white head. Very odd wooden aroma, appears very chemical - even plastic-like. Light body, again odd plastic notes and some wood coming through. Slightly roasty. A bit of a mess to be honest. 270413

Bottled. A hazy red-brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops, brettanomyces, caramel, and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, chocolate, roasted malt, brettanomyces, wood, and straw, leading to a dry finish. The body is light. Thanks yespr for sharing.
