Huge, fine & dense brown-cream head over deep reddish brown beer. Citrussy smell, really orangey, even Mandarine Napoléon. Coriander? Yeast? Real? Further serious dash of brown sugar and melanoidins too, ’t would seem. CO², then sweeter; liqueurish and liquorice punch. Liqueur would be Mandarine again. Very faint alcohol touch; sweetener. Finish comes rather empty. Overcarbonated; surprise, surprise. Quite slick, but not really full bodied. Probably the best Jazz so far However, give me a Brother Thelonius anytime.
