Svrchně kvašené plné pivo typu CRYO APA. Použili jsme americké chmely Citra a Mosaic, kdy chmel Mosaic byl použit v kryogenní úpravě CRYO HOPS. Vymražený chmel dává pivu intenzivní vůni a chuť. V pivě jsou cítit tropické a lesní plody doprovázené květinovým aroma. To vše je podtrženo jemnou hořkostí. Hořkost 39 IBU

Really brutal oxidation, ruining the beer completely. No hops character remains, just vague earthy grassy notes and lots of cardboard. Med-high bitterness, light caramel. Unpleasant over-ripe esters. Non-good, hard to drink.

Draught @ Lod Pivovar. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, bread, light butter, grass, a hint og citrusly hops. Flavor is light bitter, malt, light bready, grassy hops, light buttery. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 191023

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- nice juicy peach, tropical fruit, citrusy, frozen pulp, malt, a bit floral, bubble gum. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, the same as aroma, pineapple, a bit woody. Medium to fuller bodied. Nice rustical APA.
