Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso l'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro non è invadente. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di caramello, miele, pane tostato, erbaceo e agrumi.

Best before 06/24, first beer of the year that I have tried yesterday, perfect after a busy day, coming from Domodossola. A good beer before to sleep, brewed on the German way, really smooth, malty, fruity, a bit too sweet, toffee, bitter. 05.01.25

Supermarket bottle
Dark amber colour; creamy tan head. Good malt base, delicate, that doesn't lean too much into caramel territory, and it's bready; strong body, mild residual sweetness, a bit of hot alcohol; light sweet nuts touch in the finish.

33cl bottle. Pours brown, fairly unclear, with limited, white fine foam. Aroma is caramel and molasses, nutty, a little licorice. Body is partially dense, with average carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet. Final is average.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma nocciola fine persistente, colore ambrato carico / marrone intenso, al naso prugne secche nocciole tostate miele leggero Rum, in bocca è cremosa frutta matura malto uva passa zucchero di canna miele frutta secca castagne note erbacee, corpo rotondo, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Bottle @ Fortanelle Camping. Pours almost clear amber with a very small tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, wood, alcohol. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, wood, dried fruit, alcohol. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish. 160722
