Hey Yeah! This is a collaboration between Three 3’s and Czig Meister. What we have here is a New England style IPA fermented in a bourbon barrel with cherries, then refermented on more cherries. This is our interpretation of the classic Old Fashioned cocktail, and it’s a hoot!

Draught @ Barcade, Jersey City, New Jersey. Pours hazy reddish golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruity hops, light cherry, wood bourbon, vanilla. Flavor is rather sweet, malt, caramel, sweet fruity, cherry, little wood, bourbon, light vanilla, alcohol. Medium to full body, soft ot average carbonation, sweet finish with some alcohol. Kindof hard to drink. 230418
