Bottle @ Salling øl festival. Pours slightly hazy yellow, no head. Aroma of honey, sweet fruity notes, light tartness, flowers, lots of elderflowers. Flavor is sweet, honey, light tartness, flowers, elderflowers, rather heavy alcohol. Medium body, flat carbonation, sweet finish with lots of warming alcohol. 250317
