Draught @ Staves Brewery, Sydney, Australia. Pours light golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, saison yeast, hay, light spices. Flavor is lightly sour, wheat, malt, yeasty, hay, light spice. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, light sour finish. 100317

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Pint on tap at brewery. Mild yeasty nose. Cloudy golden beer with thin film on top. Tastes of sherbet and spice, has a chalky texture. Superb, tasty. The finish is nutty and a bit manky then the sherbet returns right at the end. First attempt at a table beer I’ve seen in Australia. 3.9% and really good.
