On tap @La Tana (Rome). Dark honey color with a creamy beige head. Aroma of malt, coffee notes, caramel and nuts, powerful and persistent. Flavour is medium sweet, caramel, with a touch coffee, slightly bitter end. Medium body, light carbonation. Well done!

Draught @ Il Serpente, Rome. Pours brown with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, little wood, nuts, grass. Flavor is malty, caramel, bread, nuts, grass. Medium body, soft carbonation. 060414
