Big creamy longlasting head. Aroma is fresh funky citrusy, mild brett, citrus peel, flowers, citrus, hay, chalk, grass. Taste is slightly harsh and mineraly, chalk, citrus peel, harsh brett, flowers, weeds, oak, sour socks, wet hay, paper. Medium bitterness, dry mineraly mouthfeel. Nice aroma...

Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, brett and light spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish.

Bottle. I just love how this beer looks; yellow with a touch of pink. Notes of rosehip, clementine, and brett. Sour, a bit dry. Also sugary sweet. Lots of carbonation.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2013) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, yeasty nose with notes of peaches, hay, stable and funky yeast. Fruity, yeasty taste with peaches, citrus, white bread, green grapes and bretty yeast. Medium body, quite dry, with fairly low bitterness. Fresh and tasty saison. Nice one.

Bottled@SBWF2013. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, mildly wooden and floral along with some slight toasted and bready maltiness. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden, mild tartness as well as some herbal and earthy notes. Balanced, but nothing really mindblowing.

Draught @ Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2013. Hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of grain, barnyard, earth, funk, lemons and pineapple. Taste is dry, light bitter and light sour with notes of mango, pineapple and barnyard. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Great, lots of fruity brett.
