Can, their Ardent box. Pinkish amber with a dense white head. Aroma mostly of raspberries. Then the taste is ice cream without much richness. Slightly sour at the end. Not for me.

(Can) Pours opaque brownish red with short-lived pale pink head. Pleasant aroma of raspberries with notes of lemon, vanilla and perfume. Medium body with bright carbonation. Very fruity with raspberries and citrus, moderately tart, with notes of candy and vanilla. Very drinkable.

From a 355ml can on 14/7/2023. Pours a hazy pinky red with a small head. Has a light raspberry nose. Tastes of raspberry with hints of vanilla, with a modest tart finish. Very light creamy mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. Not very sweet, pastry or smoothie like in presentation. Not awful but not in the least bit notable. Pastry sours are a style that no Oz brewery seems to be able to really nail.
