(Can) Pours hazy amber with tiny white head. Pleasant and very unusual aroma of peaches, pastry and cream with a perfume hint that I can’t place. Light body with lively, almost fizzy carbonation. Great, and unusual, taste. The start is pleasantly citrus sour, with peach, pastry and cream flavours developing, along with a hint of sweetness. Pastry lingers in the finish. Very unusual and very enjoyable.
