(Can) Pours hazy amber with short lived white head. Pleasant unusual aroma with orange, pepper, funk. Medium bodied very well carbonated. Unusual, lively taste. Plenty of fruit up front orange, lime, pomegranate, papaya. This is followed by some balancing notes of pepper, with hints of cheese and funk. Steadily growing through the palate is some nice warming chili pepper burn. There’s some bready malt in the background, really only noticeable in the finish. Unusual refreshing interesting.
