Pours opaque brown with a half finger beige head that settles into a ring fairly quickly. Aroma has notes of ginger, cinnamon, dark bread, raisin. Taste is slightly sweet and a little bitter with cinnamon standing out the strongest, followed by ginger. Seems a little chalky. I have no idea how old this can is—no date stamp—but I’m sure it’s better when it’s fresh.

Ginger, molasses, bread nose. Brown, medium tan head. Bread, dried leaves, dry. Medium body, easy carbonation.
