Huge thanks to andrewje41 for taking the effort to hook me up with this. Deeper brown pour smal head and lightly carbonated (that could be due to spending week in growler finding its way across country to my belly). Nose is light brown sugar and cola. Tastes of cola, earth, brown sugar, malty, light coconut husk. Smooth. What better way to start 4th of July weekend than with an American polotmavy

Draft pour at Teku Tavern, Seattle. Total beer nerd seek out here. I thought this stuff was all gone, and got lucky! Wish I was that lucky with other bre searches I’ve had in the past. Fun beer here! Pours a dark, but clean copper color with a cream foam head. A nice, roasted malt aroma to it. Flavor is quite toasty as well. Smooth bready malt constant, with a clean finish. Flavor, easy drinking lager with some real character to it. I really hope Chainline both brings this beer back, and continues to brew these fun styles. As long as they are doing them well, like this one. A solid beer here. UPDATE: new batch! Piured om draft at Chainline to a dimpled mug. Glad this one made it on the redo list. A ton of complex, layered malt flavors going on here. About as flavorful as a lager gets, though this is a style I, like many, don't have a whole lot of experience with. Both bold and sweet at the same time, leaving it with a nice balance. Toasty, nutty, creamy, smooth. Whether they nailed this rare (to me anyway) style or not, they sure brewed a damn good beer either way. Enjoyed this batch more than I did the first
