Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of butter, malts, diacetyl. Lots of butter. Buttery flavour, malts. Finish butter. Not quite my cup of tea, the butter notes are just too overpowering.

Cask at the Cock during RBESG ’14, day 3, 09/08/14. Clear golden blonde with moderate off white spotting. Nose is lemon rind, light hop presence, faint pine, pith citrics, hint of soap at the end. Taste comprises lemon rind, faint melon, bread dough, again a hint of soap, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. The light soap effect lets this one down for me.
