750ml bottle from CBC Waterbury, consumed July 2020. Pours a hazy gold, ring of white head. Great nose, green apple skins, funk, juice, green grape, medicine cabinet. Flavor is tart and lemony off the top, apple juice, tart apple skins, some funk, a little vitamin C. Finishes tart, full bodied, low to medium acid. 9 4 7 4 15

Bottle pour at Wassail VT cider tasting. very barrel forward nose and flavors. vanilla, yeast, funky, green apples. slight tartness and acidity
